Funeral

We are busy serving a family who have lost a husband, father and grandfather. He was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and fought against it valiantly. Towards the end, the morphine patch was a harbinger that the fight was nearly over. He died on Friday.
Jannie and I spend up to ten hours a day with the family. We help with food preparation, deliveries, snow removal, and just hanging out to talk with family and friends. The funeral is on Wednesday.
I hope and pray that people consider eternity and their ultimate day of meeting their Maker. May God give Jannie and I the peace of Christ to share with those in need at this time of grieving.

You are being "God with skin on" to this family.I will pray God opens doors for some great conversations in the coming days and months as a result of your love for them.
